ARAVA was built on a simple belief: most women don't need more clothes. They need better wardrobes. We help clients build intentional capsules where everything works together. Thoughtfully, beautifully, and with far less waste. And we train stylists to guide that process.

WHAT MAKES ARAVA DIFFERENT


ARAVA sits in a category of its own. Pricing reflects what's included: personalized stylist guidance, capsule wardrobe planning, client color analysis, made-to-length options, and thoughtfully sourced, toxin-conscious fabrics.

Every garment is made to order. That means no sellouts, no overproduction, no discount cycles, and no panic buying. Clients invest in pieces selected intentionally for them, with the help of a trained stylist.

What You're Building


You're not selling one-off outfits. You're helping women rebuild their closets.

Our core wardrobe system is 3 toppers, 4 base layers, 3 bottoms, and 1 dress. Eleven to twelve pieces, up to 52 outfits. Most first capsules land between $1,500 and $2,000, with garment pricing ranging from around $140 for core layering pieces to $300 for outerwear and specialty pieces.

Stylists earn full commission on their clients whether those clients shop online or in person.

COMMISSION + MENTORSHIP


ARAVA is not a multi-level company. No downlines, no tiered payout structures. Instead, we use a mentorship-based model that rewards leadership and the genuine training of new stylists. Specific commission and mentorship details are shared during the application and onboarding process.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN


ARAVA stylists are trained in client color analysis, capsule wardrobe building, body shape and proportion, fit and measurement, and intentional wardrobe planning. The training is designed to make you a stronger stylist overall, not just within ARAVA.

TOOLS + TECHNOLOGY


We're building a stylist platform designed specifically for this business model. Stylists can build capsules live with clients, create color palettes, organize closets and wishlists, track purchase history, and access product imagery and sales tools. Real systems, not just product.

The Acorn Index


Our internal reward system. Stylists earn Acorns through capsule sales, consistency, low return rates, content contributions, and community involvement. Acorns are redeemable for product. The system rewards contribution, creativity, and alignment.

COMMUNITY


ARAVA is intentionally community-driven. We're building a stylist network that shares capsule ideas, sales strategies, content, and inspiration. Stylists are featured across the website, emails, and brand marketing. Collaborative, not competitive.

WAYS TO SELL


ARAVA supports multiple ways of working with clients. Stylists can focus on one channel or combine several depending on lifestyle, strengths, and clientele:

  • One-on-one styling appointments
  • Virtual styling with remote clients nationwide
  • Capsule building through digital tools and scanning technology
  • Seasonal trunk collections and traveling samples
  • Small-group social shopping events
  • Acorn Boxes (curated sample boxes for fit testing, fabric experience, or seasonal previews)
  • Capsule selling through digital lookbooks and virtual wardrobes.

TWO WAYS TO BEGIN


Founding Stylist Path
For stylists who are highly self-driven, comfortable operating independently, and excited to help shape systems, culture, and community from the ground up.

Mentorship Path
For stylists who want hands-on guidance during launch. You'll be paired with a founding stylist for support and onboarding.

Both paths are equally valued. Final placement is determined by the ARAVA team based on experience, business goals, and fit for the stage of the company. Applicants are welcome to express interest in either.
